CalcYourFinance builds fast, accurate calculators for the money questions small businesses, sellers and freelancers actually search for — what a platform's fees really cost, what you keep on a sale, and what to charge to hit a target.

How we keep it accurate

Every fee rate is taken from the platform's official pricing page, stored in one editable configuration file, and stamped with the date we last verified it. When a platform changes its pricing, we update that file and the new "last verified" date appears on every affected calculator.

Each calculator's math lives in a pure, unit-tested function. That means the numbers are reproducible and we can prove they're right — not just assert it. Where rates differ by country, you can pick yours and the calculation follows.

Who's behind it

Deep Kakadiya — Founder & developer, Trilumos. Deep Kakadiya is a software engineer and the founder of Trilumos, the studio behind CalcYourFinance. He designs, builds and maintains every calculator on the site — sourcing each platform's fees directly from its official pricing pages, encoding the math as unit-tested functions, and stamping every rate with the date it was last verified so the numbers stay accurate and accountable.
